Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking details where available. Please note that DAYSA is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or missed delivery attempts caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout. DAYSA cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. DAYSA has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please allow additional time for delivery during busy periods, including product launches and promotional events.
