Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hijabs, all hijabs are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or worn.

We only accept returns in the event that an item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or if an incorrect item has been sent. Any issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Please note that due to the nature of rhinestone embellishment and the manufacturing process, minor variations such as a small number of misplaced, loose, or slightly miscoloured rhinestones are considered normal and do not constitute a faulty item. These variations are a result of the manufacturing process and are beyond our control. By purchasing, customers acknowledge and accept these minor imperfections as part of the design.

Items will only be considered faulty if there is significant damage or defects that affect the overall wearability of the hijab.

Where a return is approved, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

Return shipping costs will only be covered by DAYSA where the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
