Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. All sales are final.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note that items must remain unused and in their original condition for any issue to be considered.

We do not accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery, normal wear and tear, or misuse of the product.
